WHEN TO NOTIFY PPIB ABOUT
CHANGES IN YOUR OPERATIONS

As you grow, your exposures to loss will change. We want to work with you (and we ask that you work with us) to monitor the changes, develop appropriate risk management recommendations, and modify your insurance coverages accordingly.

Please give us as much notice as possible of (and give us a call to discuss) any of the following developments:

• Acquisition of or merger with another company

• Joint venture with another company

• Corporate partnership with another company

• Initial public offering of securities

• Change in the scope of your operations

• Expansion of operations into new states or countries

• Expansion of operations into new facilities (please send us a copy of the lease)

• Material change in values of tenant improvements and betterment's, lab equipment, office equipment, computer equipment and property in transit

• Off-site storage of your property

• Acquisition of automobiles

• Use or acquisition of water craft or aircraft

• Sponsoring or hosting any special events
